    Dear BPW Colleagues,

barb I have a tendency to put people on the spot when it comes to introducing themselves at the BPW meetings. Not in a mean way but in a playful way. I want to draw out of each person some little tidbit of information that tells the group a little something special about this person. What is your favorite flower? If you dressed in a costume what would it be and why? What are you grateful for? Each question tells us a little about the person, how playful or serious they are and reminds us everyone is human!

When we can see the human side of each person around us we feel more comfortable about being ourselves. Each of us has an opportunity to help each other feel comfortable by hearing about each other's uniqueness and desires.

For the next meeting, I invite you to come up with a question that would add to the fun of getting to know each other. What would your question be? How are we all connected? Besides the standard, we are intelligent, practical, well-dressed, professional, inspiring, perfect women. I look forward to hearing all those questions and getting to know the women in our membership.

Sincerely,
Barb Tremlett
BPW of Nashua President 2010-2011
