"Invisible Pain, What You Can't See Is Real!”

Date: Thursday, January 19, 2012

Time: 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Location: Crowne Plaza Hotel, Exit 8, Nashua, NH

Kristen L. Baker, Certified Master Life Coach, Certified Spiritual Coach, Certified Wellness Coach and published author of “Invisible Pain, What You Can't See Is Real!” will be BPW’s guest for an open conversation about our anxieties and fears. These fears and anxieties are in all of us and often times in the workplace as well.

Kristen will share some simple tips and tools to help you stomp out your fear and anxiety before it gets out of control. Open forum with Questions encouraged from the group.

Kristen L. Baker is a native of Nashua.  She is married and a mother of two children.  She is a local business owner of McNulty & Foley Caterers, Inc.  She is also a Certified Life Coach, Wellness Coach and Published Author.

Kristen has a passion for helping others in everyday life.  She knows what it is like to experience real life trials.  Several years ago she developed anxiety after the sale of her home fell through.  She suffered for nearly a year with this, but she created tools to help herself and went on to help others as well.  Her horrific introduction to anxiety turned out to be the best thing that happened to her, she found her purpose. www.lifecoachingworldwide.com
